Sprint sessions are recorded and available to participants for 48 hours. Weekend classes are live-only, but they repeat every week. Missing one session does not break your streak. Missing three weeks in a row usually means you need the community more, not less.

How are sprints structured?

Sprints are intensive practice periods lasting 7, 14, or 30 days. You commit to a daily session at a fixed time (usually early morning, 20-45 minutes). A live teacher guides each session. The group size is typically 80-120 people. The sprint format creates momentum: by day 4, showing up becomes habit rather than effort.
